Action #073

Leave work on time at least once a week

This action has been done 7,780 times which means roughly an extra 661,300 minutes have been spent with family, at the pub or getting fitter and feeling better.

How we did the maths

This is one for the workers. When you leave work bang on time, people think two things.

One, that person has got their priorities right. They'll probably live longer then me and have a happier life. Two, wow, they've already got everything they need done, they must be hugely efficient and going to be running the company soon.

For the record, we're not advocating leaving work early to spend time with Mr John Smith, Mr Johnny Walker and Ms Mirnoff Red in The Dog and Fox. Curl up on the sofa with the people you love.

And if your boss stops and says 'What the hell are you doing? It's only half past three', get a new watch. But don't abandon the principle.

My friend's mum works alot. Well, not alot, more like ALL THE TIME. My fiends mum has one full time job, and two part time jobs. Its not that her family are poor its just.........Well i dont know. She travels out to foreign countrys for weeks on end, and then when she comes back she rushes of again.

Spend time with your kids this summer, i guarantee it'll make you feel better! =)
